These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our website or place an order.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, images, sizing, and materials. However we reserve the right to:

  • Update product descriptions and specifications without notice
  • Discontinue or modify products at any time
  • Limit quantities available for purchase

Product colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display settings.

PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout. If a pricing error occurs on your order we will contact you before processing.

Promotional pricing and discount codes are valid for the specified period only and cannot be applied retrospectively.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment gateway.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled a full refund will be issued.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

We operate with limited stock, particularly during initial production runs. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment if stock becomes unavailable after your order is placed. In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is confirmed we will contact you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to wait for restocking.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day. Delivery is via Australia Post with standard and express options available at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe please contact us at thebackuppackau@gmail.com and we will investigate with Australia Post on your behalf.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please refer to our full Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy for complete details. In summary:

  • Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only
  • Returns are accepted for faulty or damaged products only
  • Change of mind returns are not accepted
  • Faulty product claims must be made within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

DISCOUNT CODES & PROMOTIONS

Discount codes and promotional offers:

  • Are valid for the specified period only
  • Cannot be combined with other offers unless stated
  • Cannot be applied to previous orders
  • Have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • May be withdrawn at any time without notice
