Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS

We process and dispatch orders quickly, usually the next business day. If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

Before dispatch: If your order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it. The order will need to be delivered and any concerns can be addressed by contacting us at thebackuppackau@gmail.com.

To request a cancellation please email thebackuppackau@gmail.com with your order number and the subject line CANCELLATION REQUEST so we can action it as quickly as possible.


INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item or wrong design, for example you ordered the sun sleeve and received the rain cloud, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange the correct item to be sent to you at no cost.


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
